The Cottage Bridge Foundation is to honor life and offer compassion to individuals and their families when facing a life-limiting illness. Each day we touch the lives of patients and their loved ones during the most difficult months, weeks, and days.The Cottage Bridge Foundation, a 501 (c)(3) organization, was established in order to assist in fulfilling our mission. Donations to the Cottage Bridge Foundation can be made in memory of patients and/or in honor of our dedicated, compassionate, caring staff.
